Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Dallas is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, qualify applicants, and guide them through tours and move-in paperwork to create a positive living experience.

You will coordinate with maintenance, maintain accurate records, follow up with leads, and support management with clerical tasks. A high school diploma and sales experience are preferred; experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior sales experience and ability to qualify prospective residents.
• proficient with Yardi Voyager or similar system and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and complete move-in paperwork.
• Qualify prospective residents and schedule tours.
• Maintain accurate records and weekly leasing reports.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or mail.
