Avenue5 Residential in Washington, DC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems, and basic office software. A high school diploma and at least one year in sales or leasing are preferred, with Saturday shifts and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, and prepare lease documentation.
• Manage move-in/move-out scheduling with maintenance and ensure documentation is complete.
