Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and strong resident retention, while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires listening, empathy, and the ability to manage paperwork, renewals, and scheduling with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure retention and client satisfaction.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, prepare lease documents, and complete move-in paperwork.
