Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market, lease, and renew apartments in accordance with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines. This position emphasizes excellent customer service for internal and external clients.

You will manage daily marketing, leasing paperwork, unit tours, move-in preparation, and communications via email, phone, and text. The role supports a national operator that values diversity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is required.
• Strong sales and closing abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
• Must have state leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Market, lease, and renew apartments per company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications and prepare contracts.
• Tour show units and greet prospective renters.
• Log prospect information into the property management software.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and texts in a timely manner.
• Assist with Move Out Vacant Inspection Checklist (MOVIC) as needed.
• Post notices and assist with daily community inspections.
