Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries from prospective renters, market units, and lease/renew leases per company standards and Fair Housing guidelines. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and professional representation of the property.

Responsibilities include marketing, processing applications, touring prospects, maintaining logs in the Property Management software, and assisting with move-out inspections.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters and market, lease, and renew apartment leases.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process lease application paperwork for approval and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects of vacant/model units and common/amenity areas.
• Log prospect information and notifications into the Property Management software.
• Promote all third-party online leasing programs appropriately.
• Assist with Move Out Vacant Inspection Checklist (MOVIC) and notices.
