Job summary

Vidalta Residential in Houston is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first impression for residents. You will greet prospects, qualify them, lead tours, process applications, secure deposits, and ensure a smooth move-in experience while meeting occupancy goals.

You’ll maintain up-to-date knowledge of community details, pricing, amenities, and fair housing rules, use OneSite and MS Office, and collaborate with management to minimize vacancies. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service.
• Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria.
• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in and follow-up.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards and reports.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Property Manager.
• Guide prospects in completing applications and securing deposits.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, rates, amenities and policies.
