Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant is required.
• Weekend and evening availability is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• OneSite by RealPage and Knock experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is preferred.
• Training to comply with Fair Housing laws will be provided.
• Present yourself in a neat, professional manner at all times.
• Maintain occupancy above 95% with a sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy above 95%, working toward 100% with a sales focus.
• Assist future residents in finding the perfect apartment.
• Provide a positive experience to current and future residents.
• Use consultative selling to achieve full community occupancy.
• Communicate clearly with current and future residents.
• Prioritize tours and ensure curb appeal; report feedback to Maintenance and Community Manager.
• Ensure leases are complete and accurate.
• Promote the community and events using marketing and social media.
• Mediate and assess resident feedback to improve retention.
• Assist with resident retention activities and move-in coordination.
