Job summary

RR Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist residents with apartment selections and maintain high occupancy. You will host tours, apply sales strategies, and create a welcoming community experience for current and prospective residents.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years on-site leasing experience, is comfortable with weekends/evenings, and preferably bilingual in Spanish. Knowledge of OneSite RealPage, Knock, and MS Office is highly valued to promote events and manage feedback.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years on-site as Leasing Consultant
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Experience with OneSite RealPage and Knock preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and company policies

Responsibilities

• Assist current and future residents with finding a perfect apartment
• Maintain occupancy above 95% with a sales-focused approach
• Provide a welcoming and professional experience for residents
• Lead tours and promote community events using marketing techniques and social media
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Community Manager on feedback and work orders
• Schedule and follow up on resident move-ins and ongoing retention activities
• Present professionally and comply with company handbook standards
