Job summary

Vidalta Property Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Irving, TX to be the first impression for prospective residents, guiding tours and explaining community features to drive occupancy and happy residents.

You will coordinate the leasing process through move-in, document paperwork, and ensure accurate reporting. A background in sales or hospitality and bilingual abilities are valued to meet performance KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience.
• Leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
• Familiarity with fair housing and local regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Manage leasing process from tour to move-in with follow-up and paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and market-ready units; communicate needs to Property Manager.
• Assist applicants with applications and deposits per policies.
• Understand lease terms and community policies.
• Encourage renewals and negotiate terms to minimize vacancies.
• Support KPIs and contribute to occupancy targets.
