Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our onsite team in Texas. You will show apartments, handle leasing inquiries, process applications, and support community success, delivering exceptional service to prospective and current residents.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of leasing or related customer service/sales experience and may be bilingual (English/Spanish). High school diploma or equivalent required. Equal opportunity employer.

• Minimum of 2 years of leasing or related customer service/sales experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Show apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Prepare and explain lease documents accurately.
• Screen applicants and ensure compliance with housing programs.
• Maintain leasing and traffic data and meet occupancy goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on daily operations.
