Job summary

The Meridian South in Indianapolis is seeking a Leasing Consultant under the direction of the Property Manager to maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, coordinating tours, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will conduct leasing activities, assist with on-site marketing, process move-ins, renewals, and notices, maintain property standards, and ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license; weekend/holiday availability.
• Ability to walk property and stairs; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Recommend marketing strategies and referral programs for move-in packets.
• Enter prospect and resident data into Real Page/OneSite accurately.
• Maintain property appearance and curb appeal; ensure timely service requests.
• Assist with renewals, notices to vacate, and resident functions.
