Edward Rose & Sons seeks a Leasing Consultant to join its on-site community team in Indianapolis. You will present community information, answer inquiries, process applications, and prepare lease contracts to ensure a smooth resident experience.

The role requires prior sales or customer service experience, comfort with Microsoft Office and property management software such as Yardi Voyager, and flexibility for weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
• Experience in multi-family property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present community information to prospective renters in a professional manner to appeal to their rental needs.
• Provide accurate information on the selling features of the community and surrounding area.
• Build positive rapport with potential residents by answering telephone and email communications in a timely manner.
• Process applications for prospective residents and follow up to maintain consistent communication.
• Prepare lease contracts and other required documents.
• Coordinate residents moving in and out of the community and document events.
