Responsibilities

• Accompanies prospects to model homes and discusses layouts and lease terms.
• Completes lease forms and collects rental deposits.
• Inspects premises and arranges for maintenance as needed.
• Assists with advertising methods to generate traffic.
• Maintains punctuality and coverage for scheduled shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
