Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Fort Worth, TX to respond to inquiries, market and lease apartments, and maintain excellent customer service. You will handle tours, process applications, and stay informed about promotions while coordinating with the Community Manager.

The role requires prior customer-facing experience, strong sales skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people. A state leasing license or the ability to obtain it is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations of the property.
• Know community and market specials and floor plans.
• Process lease applications for CM approval and prepare leases.
• Show units and tour prospects; inspect units and common areas.
• Log prospect information in property management software.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and texts; post notices.
• Assist with Move Out Vacant Inspections (MOVIC) and daily inspections.
• Stay updated on leasing incentives and promotions.
• Other duties as assigned.
