• State leasing license or ability to obtain if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads to identify potential renters and market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Maintain daily marketing, administrative, and financial operations of the property under the Community Manager.
• Understand local market and competitor specials and floor plans.
• Process lease applications for CM approval and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects of target/show units, including vacant/model units and common areas.
• Inspect pre-leased apartments prior to move-in and communicate concerns promptly.
• Utilize third-party online leasing programs appropriately.
• Log all prospect information into the property management software.
• Respond to and document community emails, voicemails, and texts.
• Stay updated on promotions and leasing incentives.
• Assist with Move Out Vacant Inspection Checklist (MOVIC) and deadlines.
• Post notices to vacate and other communications.
• Assist with daily community inspections to ensure policy compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
