Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Texas to respond to inquiries, market and lease apartments, and provide exceptional customer service. You will handle applications, process leases, tour prospects, and maintain accurate records in our property management system.

Strong sales ability, organization, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work with a diverse clientele. A state leasing license or the ability to obtain one is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional representation of the company.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects of vacant/model units and common areas; communicate any concerns to management.
• Log prospect information in the property management software and respond to emails/voicemails/texts promptly.
• Stay updated on promotions and leasing incentives.
• Assist with operational tasks and daily property inspections.
