Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify leads, conduct property tours and show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Use OneSite and Knock to track availability, data, and prospect information.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate with maintenance.
