FourSite Property Management, operating under Bach Team, is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for Elevate at 620. You are the first contact for prospective residents, delivering a welcoming experience from inquiry through move-in.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, customer-focused, and motivated to hit leasing goals. You will tour properties, answer questions, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and help retain residents while contributing to marketing and community events.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through tours and leasing process.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and convert leads.

• Coordinate move-in and onboarding for new residents.
• Maintain accurate records in PM and CRM systems.
• Support lease renewal and resident retention initiatives.
• Assist in planning resident events and community engagement.
• Contribute to property marketing via outreach and social media.
