Align Communities, an entrepreneurial and fast-growing multifamily resident services business based in Winter Park, Florida, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. With a commitment to excellence, we manage a diverse portfolio of properties, providing top-notch service to our residents.

Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents through the leasing process, maintaining occupancy levels, and ensuring resident satisfaction across our portfolio of properties. This is a MOBILE position. You will be leasing at multiple communities. You must have a reliable vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. This includes responding promptly to inquiries via phone, text, email and in-person visits, addressing questions, scheduling tours, and promoting available apartments.
  • Property Tours: Conduct informative and engaging property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of each community. Highlight the unique selling points of the community and effectively communicate the benefits of residency.
  • Lease Administration: Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, including application submission, background checks, and lease signings. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to effectively position our properties within the market. Make recommendations for rental rate adjustments as needed to maintain competitiveness and maximize occupancy.
  • Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with current residents to promote retention and satisfaction. Address resident concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract prospective residents. Utilize various channels, including online platforms, social media, and community outreach events to generate leads and increase property visibility.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as maintaining leasing office supplies, organizing files, and updating leasing databases and systems with accurate and current information.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Spanish-language proficiency preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Compensation & Schedule

This position offers an annual salary up to $46,000. Compensation is based on experience and education.
