Job summary

Elevation Property Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing and marketing strategies across multifamily and senior housing properties. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong customer service, and the ability to manage tours, applications, and credit checks while maintaining high show unit standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in leasing in independent senior or multi-family communities, proficiency with OneSite, and comfort with social media marketing to promote

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous leasing experience in an independent senior or multi-family community.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including some weekends when necessary.
• Proficiency in word processing and property management applications (preferably One Site).
• Proficiency with online marketing and use of Craigslist, Google for marketing/sales purposes.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Track availability using OneSite/Knock and manage data.
• Maintain show units and ensure quality for tours and leasing.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and coordinate renewal documents.
