Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Denton, TX to respond to inquiries, market available apartments, and process leases while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will tour units, maintain knowledge of floor plans, log leads in our property management system, coordinate move-ins/out inspections, and support the Community Manager in daily operations while upholding Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Proven sales and closing skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and leads from prospective renters, market, lease, and renew apartment leases
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts
• Tour prospects through units and model spaces, including common areas
• Inspect pre-leased units and coordinate with managers on move-ins/out
• Log prospect information into property management software and manage communications
