Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant in Cedar Park, TX. You will respond to inquiries, market properties, and lease units while ensuring top-tier customer service and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.

Daily duties include processing applications, touring prospects, and coordinating with the Community Manager to maintain unit readiness and accurate record-keeping. A valid leasing license or ability to obtain one is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• State leasing license or ability to obtain one within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients and identify potential renters.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts under supervision.
• Tour prospects through units and common areas, explaining features and incentives.
• Inspect target and show units, ensuring readiness and presenting models.
• Maintain accurate logs of prospect information in Property Management software.
• Promote promotions and leasing incentives; respond to emails, voicemails, and texts promptly.
