Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify home preferences.
• Schedule and conduct property tours.
• Explain features, amenities, and value to prospects.
• Process applications, leases, deposits, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain guest cards and resident files.
• Walk units before move-in to ensure readiness.
• Proactively contact residents for lease renewals.
• Develop relationships with apartment locators and referral sources.
• Support marketing and outreach with market surveys.
