LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage tours, lead qualification, and move-in coordination at our San Diego community. You will nurture prospects, process applications, and exceed occupancy goals while delivering a welcoming experience for residents.

You will rely on CRM tools, schedule tours, and partner with the onsite team to drive leasing activity. Flexible scheduling including weekends is expected; on-site work only.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality preferred.
