Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role involves showing units, qualifying prospects, tours, and signing leases while upholding Fair Housing and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include processing leasing paperwork, maintaining prospect data, coordinating marketing outreach, and ensuring high resident satisfaction. This is a full-time, on‑site position with benefits like healthcare, 401(k) matching, and paid time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing functions and follow-up to close sales.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and maintain prospect traffic data.
• Support marketing outreach and resident relations to achieve leasing goals.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and enforce community policies.
