Prime Group is seeking an outgoing Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, close leases, and help residents feel at home in a multifamily community. You will drive tours, promote the property, and manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.

The role emphasizes customer service, marketing, and collaboration with property management and maintenance teams to maintain high occupancy and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degrees preferred.
• 2+ years leasing and/or sales experience in a rental community.
• Proficiency with PC use and Rent Manager is a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and share details on apartments, terms, and amenities.
• Lead property tours showcasing model units and available homes.
• Market and promote the community to hit leasing goals.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from paperwork to move-in day.
• Prepare and review lease agreements with accuracy and clarity.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve questions promptly.
• Maintain resident relationships to drive renewals and referrals.
• Keep leasing records up to date in property management software.
• Support rent collection, notices, and day-to-day admin tasks.
• Create marketing campaigns, listings, social media, and events.
