BeMore Staffing seeks a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our Real Estate/Property Management team. You will drive occupancy, conduct professional tours, and deliver exceptional service to residents in a temp-to-perm role.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years leasing/sales experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication/negotiation skills. You must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed, with proficiency in property management software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease vacant units to qualified prospective residents and meet leasing/occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours highlighting features, amenities, and community benefits.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide outstanding customer service to residents and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, leases, renewals, and payments.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure a seamless leasing process and resolve issues.
• Monitor market trends and pricing strategies to position the property effectively.
