Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, show apartments, process applications, and verify credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic and implement referral/outreach programs.
• Analyze market trends to inform improvements and stay informed of industry standards.
• Support lease renewal activities and respond promptly to resident questions and concerns.
