RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction at our Tennessee properties. You will manage in-person leasing, tours, applications, and renewals while delivering strong customer service.

Ideal candidates bring sales, marketing, and customer service experience, plus proficiency with Entrata Yardi and One Site. The role requires weekend availability and a focus on show-ready communities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi and One Site) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic to the property using referrals, social media, and targeted campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and recommend improvements to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Handle lease enforcement, including inspections, renewals, and collections per lease terms.
• Respond to resident inquiries and support timely lease renewals and move-in processes.
• Maintain property appearance, safety, and overall show quality.
