Job summary

Capital Square Living is hiring a Leasing Consultant at our Midlothian, VA properties. You will be the primary contact for prospective residents, coordinating tours, processing applications, and guiding move-ins to ensure smooth occupancy and strong resident satisfaction.

You will develop marketing plans, stay informed on market conditions, and use Yardi to manage data, ensuring rent renewal and occupancy goals are met in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service mindset and organization skills.
• Experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospects to drive occupancy.
• Process applications, credit checks, and move-in packages.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Track data and communicate with residents and prospects.
