RangeWater Residential in Sarasota seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins with attention to resident satisfaction.

You will perform credit checks, prepare leases, support renewal programs, and collaborate with on-site teams to maintain property standards and a positive community experience.

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face.
• Ability to conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package and ensure smooth signings.
• Design and execute on-site marketing to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Keep informed on market trends affecting occupancy and pricing.

• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit/background checks, and prepare leases and move-in packages.
