Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Lakeview—Reno, NV is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct onsite tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, tour the community and apartments, handle resident communications including service requests in Yardi, greet clients warmly, and ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
