Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Reno, NV to provide information and conduct on-site tours to convert prospects into residents. The role emphasizes strong customer service to current residents and accurate knowledge of apartments, rates, vacancies, and notices.

You will greet clients warmly, conduct tours, and assist with service requests, using Yardi for processing. This position requires 1–2 years of sales experience and solid computer skills, with standard fair

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
