Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Organized with attention to detail and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents in person, by phone or email.
• Conduct apartment tours and lease apartments to qualified applicants.
• Process applications and prepare lease agreements and move-in packages.
• Support resident retention and lease renewals.
• Enter leasing activity into the property management system and track leads.
