Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an energetic Apartment Leasing Consultant to greet, qualify, and close prospects, leasing apartments to keep occupancy high. You will verify applications, complete leasing paperwork, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.

You will generate traffic through outreach, host resident events, manage social media presence, and support the Property Manager in daily tasks with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and document accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Generate traffic through outreach and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and maintain positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic.
• Support the Property Manager with daily tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
