Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Garland, TX to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

Strong customer service, empathy, and attention to detail are essential. Prior leasing experience and knowledge of Yardi Voyager are preferred to ensure smooth operations and effective resident relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork, and ensure move-in condition of apartments.
• Follow up with prospective residents by phone, mail or email.
• Maintain accurate records and generate weekly leasing reports.
