Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Columbia, MD. The role involves providing information, conducting onsite tours of the community, and leasing apartments to prospective residents while delivering excellent resident services.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or customer service, basic math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, with housing discounts and a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and know specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Process resident communications including service requests, entering them into Yardi, and notifying the Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly, welcoming manner while complying with Fair Housing regulations.
