Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Meadowmark, Castle Rock, CO, seeks a Leasing Consultant to provide information and onsite tours with the aim of leasing apartments to prospective residents.

Your day will include leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, touring the community and vacancies, processing resident requests in Yardi, and greeting clients in a friendly, Fair Housing–compliant manner. Requirements: 1–2 years in sales/customer service, basic math, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and explain specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Process resident communications, enter requests into Yardi, and relay to Service Team.
