Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct onsite tours, and help prospective residents choose our community. You will deliver friendly, responsive customer service and maintain knowledge of floor plans, amenities, and current leasing specials.

Daily tasks include leasing and marketing activities to maximize occupancy, greeting visitors, processing inquiries and service requests in Yardi, and upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and know current vacancies and rates.
• Process resident communications, enter requests into Yardi, and forward to Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects and residents in a friendly, welcoming manner while following Fair Housing rules.
