Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information and onsite tours to prospective residents, aiming to lease apartments and deliver excellent resident services. The role includes handling resident inquiries, updating requests in Yardi, and ensuring a friendly, compliant experience.

The position emphasizes occupancy optimization, strong customer interactions, and a solid knowledge of apartment details, rates, and notices.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
