Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents while delivering exceptional customer service to current residents. You will support occupancy goals and uphold the community’s standards.

The role emphasizes friendly, compliant interactions, knowledge of apartment specs and rental rates, and coordination with the Service Team to handle resident requests.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.
