Responsibilities

• Provide information and onsite tours to prospective residents to lease apartments.
• Maximize occupancy through leasing and marketing activities.
• Process resident communications and service requests, using Yardi and communicating with the Service Team.
• Greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly manner while upholding Fair Housing regulations.
