Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information, conduct on-site tours, and lease apartments to prospective residents, while delivering friendly resident services. You’ll participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, assist residents, process service requests in Yardi, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

This full-time on-site role offers a compensation range of $17.00–$18.00 per hour plus incentives, with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide information and conduct on-site tours to lease apartments.
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
• Process resident communications and service requests via Yardi.
• Greet clients and prospects while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
