Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for in-person and digital engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Resman a plus.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and communicate the property’s features.
• Assess living preferences and budget to match options.
• Promote leasing incentives and discounted offers.
• Prepare and submit weekly prospect reports to the Community Director.
• Update online ads daily to reflect current pricing and availability.
• Maintain daily engagement in Knock and achieve a 33% closing ratio.
• Ensure vacated units are cleaned and ready for viewings.
