Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site) desired.

Responsibilities

• Lease property by greeting prospects, giving tours, processing applications and preparing leases.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic to the property.
• Respond to resident questions and manage renewals to maximize occupancy and revenue.
