Job summary

ZRS Management in Austin seeks a leasing consultant to attract and screen potential tenants, present properties, and guide applicants through lease terms. You will market properties, conduct tours, screen applicants, negotiate leases, and ensure a smooth move-in with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to prospective tenants and maintain high occupancy.
• Tour properties, screen applicants, negotiate leases, and provide excellent customer service.
• Work with the property manager and team to meet leasing goals.
• Stay informed about rental market trends and regulations.
• Promote properties through events and outreach to maximize visibility.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-ins to ensure a smooth process.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, or email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports.
• Uphold fair housing standards and company policies.
• Work weekends as needed.
