Crown Residential LLC is seeking a Leasing Advisor in Florida to drive occupancy and revenue for the community. You will engage potential residents, families, and referral sources, close leases, and maintain excellent resident relations.

Responsibilities include presenting properties, explaining policies, managing vacancies, and updating management software. Strong customer service and industry knowledge are essential, with 2+ years in related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 2+ years in multi-family, sales, retail, hospitality or property management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• NALP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct site presentations and lease apartments.
• Explain lease terms and community policies.
• Monitor vacancies and respond proactively to occupancy needs.
• Prepare leasing documents and collect deposits and rent.
• Provide excellent resident service and handle requests professionally.
• Maintain model units and update property management software.
• Assist with online reviews and social media updates.
