The role emphasizes strong communication, sales skills, and collaborating with team members to maintain high occupancy and a welcoming home environment.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people.
• Sales or leasing experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with MS Office and property management software.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of the community by delivering top-notch service to residents and prospects.
• Drive leasing success by leasing apartments, meeting occupancy goals, and promoting the community.
• Know the product by staying informed about property amenities and competitors.
• Track and follow up on leasing traffic, analyzing trends to optimize strategies.
• Facilitate the lease process from application review to paperwork completion.
• Ensure move-in readiness with final inspections and walkthroughs.
• Drive renewals by building strong resident relationships and coordinating lease renewals.
• Market the community effectively through outside marketing efforts.
