Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a property in Charlotte, NC. The role encompasses all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

The Leasing Consultant will regularly show units, qualify applicants, tour the community, and sign leases, while completing necessary paperwork and contributing to marketing efforts. This full-time position requires on-site work and adherence to Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Mansioni

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and follow-up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork needed before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
