Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a Leasing Manager to be the first point of contact for prospects and residents in our Raleigh properties. You will lease apartments, promote communities, and ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors.

You’ll work on-site in Raleigh, coordinating move-ins, renewals, and market outreach while using property management software and MS Office. Sales or leasing experience is welcomed and training is provided.
